Our Room Rates for the Mountain Summer 2026

All prices are per person and day, unless otherwise stated. The visitor's tax of 1,50 € per person and night (from 15 years) will be charged separately on site. This also applies to the mobility tax of the state of Salzburg of € 0.50 per person and night (also from the age of 15), which is due from 01.07.2025.

Reduced Rates:

• Only breakfast instead of half board: € 10,- less per person and night

Pets:

• If you want to bring your pet please ask us in advance. Pets are only alloud in our parents' house or in the neighbours` house. We charge an extra fee of € 18,- per pet and night without pet food.

For a binding booking please pay a deposit of € 400,- to our account:

Booking Conditions and Cancellation:

The Austrian right of withdrawal is not applicable as of § 18 Abs. 1 Z. 10 FAGG.
Instead, the Gerneral Terms and Conditions of the hotel industry  apply for your booking and a possible cancellation.

Until 3 months before the start of your vacation you can cancel your booking free of charge.
After this deadline we have to charge the following cancellation rates:

 » 3 months until 1 month before your date of arrival 40% of the booked services
 » 1 month until 1 week before your date of arrival 70% of the booked services
 » in the last week before your date of arrival 100% of the booked services

If your arrival is delayed or you leave before maturity we have to charge the full price of your booked services.
