At the Holiday Village Ponyhof we serve you organic and regional/seasonal products. At the breakfast buffet or also at dinner you will find products from our organic farm. In summer, for example, the freshly milked organic hay milk comes every morning by cable car from our alpine pasture. Furthermore, you will find at the buffet our own butter and eggs from our chickens (while stocks last). The meat also comes mostly directly from the farm. Of course we use the whole animal, from which our chef de cuisine Christian then conjures up, among other things, delicious aspic, homemade organic lard or a hearty beef salad. What we cannot produce ourselves, we try to buy regionally. Seasonally, the kitchen team cooks a "Schwammerlragout" (mushroom ragout) with mushrooms from the alpine pastures. A game or venison ragout is always available when Junior Chef Franz has come to hunt at our house.
We process our apple harvest in part into delicious naturally cloudy organic apple juice. Unfortunately, we can only offer this to our guests while stocks last!
The tasks of agriculture also include landscape and forest maintenance.
